The Land of Fire and Ice

Well, there's a New Zealand itinerary of sorts, so why not an Iceland one?

Probably because it was an entire four days and we barely left Reykjavik. Shush. Have a map.

It went something like this:
  • Arrive in Keflavik Tuesday afternoon. Drive to Reykjavik. Get snowed on.
  • Wander round Reykjavik Wednesday. Visit museums and shiz. Get snowed on.
  • Take tour to Fridheimar geothermal farm, Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir National Park on Thursday. Get snowed on. Take late night trip out to Thingvellir to see Northern Lights. See no Northern Lights. Get snowed on.
  • Spend Friday wandering around Reykjavik. Get snowed on. Take evening trip to Blue Lagoon Spa. Relax. Get snowed on.
  • Sleep for 3 hours, then get bus to Keflavik. Get snowed on. Go home.
Basically, it was most awesome.
